Unfortunately I was not able to recover anything from my database. It appears that someone hacked into my site and deleted the database. On top of that, I was relying on my Hosting Service to do backups but for some reason their backup process had been broken for a while so there was no viable backup for me to recover from. So I have lost some 4 years of blogging and that is rather discouraging. I now have my own automated backup in place, and I still have all the pictures I had posted, so it is now just a matter of rebuilding the links and starting fresh like a new blogger.
It is unfortunate that all the good information I had posted on our Panama Adventure has been lost. I apologize if you came here looking for it and couldn’t find it.
Sorry to see that you lost the content of your website. Luckily I read it all so I guess that I’m ok. Unfortunate for the rest of those people that like to track people building homes, especially in Panama.
Thanks for your link to your kitchen cabinet maker. I visited them a few days ago and they look to be doing great work.

Sorry for your loss! I had a total system crash in November and lost all sorts of stuff as well. As for blogging, I’m new to the whole thing in general so I’m having to learn from scratch. =] I like your layout and am in Panama also, will have to keep track of what you have going on!
